Today was my birthday, and being sick I went for a low-key brunch with my girlfriends then spent the rest of the day considering different options.

I think what I'm going for next is dark red:
I have to keep in mind that summer is coming up, and my sisters wedding (where we will be wearing pink) is this summer as well...

The rule of thumb is that the hotter the pink the darker the hair color. A darker pink and you should go blonde.

I think I have a blonde-bias but I do think you look best blonde - seems I'm not the only one though! Why not do the red thing once the wedding is over?

But to go with the pink I'd say a very light brunette/dirty blonde would go best.
